Over 25 years ago, IL Forno began its journey in the UAE with a passion for bringing authentic Italian flavors to the region. Inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, our founder born and raised in Lebanon set out to create a dining experience that celebrates rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and timeless recipes.
Our History
Founded in the UAE in 2000, IL Forno began as a small Italian kitchen and has grown into a well-loved dining destination across the country. Inspired by the warmth of Italian hospitality and the traditions of Tuscan cuisine, IL Forno has spent over two decades serving authentic flavors and creating memorable Italian dining experiences.
Spaghetti pasta cooked in white sauce mixed with shrimps, calamari, bacon, garlic, and topped with oyster sauce and a drizzle of olive oil.
Layers of lasagna sheets stuffed with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, beef bolognese, béchamel sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.
Spaghetti pasta cooked in our famous bolognese sauce and topped with parmesan cheese.
Crispy golden garlic bread topped with rich, melted cheese.
Classic Italian dessert layered with delicate ladyfinger cookies dipped in espresso and mascarpone cheese.

Amazing experience at Il Forno! Ordered the Lasagna di Mari - seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. Il Forno Pizza was cheesy and delicious. Passion Mojito and Summer Blue Mojito were refreshing! Special shoutout to Youssef, our server, for excellent service and recommendations. Will definitely be back! 😊
